Life is an experience with a greater purpose than

Life is an experience with a greater purpose than mere survival.

Every event brings us benefits of some sort.

Life is not about suffering

There is more going on than meets the eye.

If you are willing to look within, touch it once again and transform it you will find the peace that you are looking for.

Relief from offloading a tremendous amount of emotions stored by your body is very liberating if you just permit yourself to let go of that.

Doing the #innerwork will bring you all that you are searching for.

Imagine the sensation of excitement, buzzing energy of joy and happiness.

Remind yourself of those butterflies in your belly button. Feel it once again. Ignite that memory.

Get the sensation of being in full acceptance of who you are. Push aside the guilt, blame, shame, hurt.

Recall yourself from before you got your ❤️broken , before you got disappointed and rejected.

Emerge from all of that. Bring yourself back.

It is easy if you just do what is required to.
It is liberating, transforming. It is life-changing.

And it doesn't have to hurt.

There are behaviours, habits, emotions and beliefs

There are behaviours, habits, emotions and beliefs learned and absorbed by all that we are.

Some are essential
Some motivating
Some disturbing and some limiting

Most of them we have absorbed unconsciously and some we have created by repetition.

Some have been passed in our genes and some are carried by our soul.

Those programs that are rather suffocating for many feel impossible to alter.

It was like this for me too.

I just thought that is what it meant to be.( I've played the victim of life here )

Until a day that my inner voice became so clear and loud that I knew it there is a way to amend all of the above .
